Jst Bags shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. SECTION 9 PAYMENT – OPTIONS ACCEPTED

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

SECTION 10 – CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

Card transactions will be acquired for Jst Bags via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

SECTION 11 – CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS

Customer details will be stored by (Your Company) separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

SECTION 12 – MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

SECTION 13 – RESPONSIBILITY

Jst Bags takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

SECTION 14 – COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Jst Bags chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

J..ST Bags currently use Fastway for all local & national deliveries. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received POP and should take no longer than 3 days to reach you.

RETURN POLICY

JST Bags hope you will be satisfied with our product, but in the unlikely event there is an issue ie: material flaw – you are welcome to return the product.

JST Bags would be happy to offer a full refund or replacement as appropriate in the circumstances.

RETURNS

Returns must be logged by emailing us at info@jstbags.co.za within 7 days of the item being delivered. Refunds & exhanges will be processed with 48 hours of J..ST Bags receiving the item for exchange.
